Why did you become an RC?
I wanted to become a recruitment councillor to support all potential new members in there journey of joining a sorority. When I was recruited I joined through COB and did not have an RC to help me through the process. I am excited to be provide guidance for everyone to find there home!
Why should a Potential New Member join?
Joining a sorority was the best choice I made in my first year. The sorority became my home away from home where I have met some of my best friends and gained a second family. Sororities can not only give you a support system but academic support and service opportunities!
What’s one thing you would tell a Potential New Member?
Just be yourself and have fun!! This is really exciting process just enjoy and take in all the new experiences!

Why did you become an RC?
I wanted to be an RC because last year I saw how close-knit and happy the community was—it felt like one big, supportive family. It was clear how fulfilling the role was, and I knew I wanted to be part of creating that same warmth and unity for others.
Why should PNMs join?
PNMs should join because it’s truly a home away from home—a place where you’re surrounded by support, laughter, and people who just get you. It’s so special to have something to align with, to be part of something bigger that makes you feel seen, connected, and celebrated.

Why did you become an RC?
I became a Recruitment Counsellor to help PNMs feel confident, supported, and truly comfortable throughout recruitment. I’ve always loved the energy of recruiting, but what’s meant the most to me is watching each girl I’ve connected with find her voice, her people, and her home in any of our lovely chapters on campus. Greek Life has given me so much, and becoming an RC was my way of giving back and to be the guide I once needed and the support I’ll always believe in!
Why should PNMs join?
In my experience, joining a sorority has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. It gave me space to grow, step into leadership, and build real, lasting friendships. It’s more than just a social group, it’s where I found the confidence to lead, my purpose, and a support system that’s always in my corner.
What's one thing you would like to tell PNMs
Joining a sorority isn’t a light decision and we want you to find your home on campus, being yourself is the best start of your journey!

Why did you become an RC?
I wanted to become an RC because of the impact my RC had on me while I was going through recruitment! She helped make the process clear and less intimidating, which showed me how valuable that kind of support can be. I want to be someone who helps others feel confident, informed, and included throughout recruitment. Being an RC gives me the chance to make a positive difference and ensure others have a fun and welcoming experience.
Why should PNMs join ?
PNMs should join because being in a sorority means having a group of girls who always have your back. It’s such a supportive environment where you can be yourself, make real friendships, and feel like you’re part of something bigger. Whether you need advice, a laugh, or just someone to hang out with, your sisters are always there for you.
What's one thing you would like to tell PNMs?
Just be yourself, keep an open mind, and try to enjoy the little moments — everything works out the way it’s supposed to. Cherish the people you meet along the way, because some of them might end up being a big part of your story!
